Experience:
In the corporate area she has worked as a legal consultant in various due diligence and merger and acquisition processes. She has also negotiated international credit agreements in which European (ING) and American (IFC, EXIMBANK) Banks have been involved. She has advised the largest steel company in Guatemala, as the person in charge of business for the first registration of Fiduciary Certificates in Guatemala and the pledging of goods in the first degree to two bank entities. In real estate, she has negotiated diverse agreements and contracts, including long-term leases for the main chain of Supermarkets in Guatemala. Advisor to the Vice Minister of Public Finances (1993).
