• Experience:
  Former Director of Trademarks and Other Distinctive Signs at the IP Registry of Nicaragua. She has directed administrative and judicial procedures for registration of trademarks, commercial names, and distinctive signs. Participated as a consultant in different free trade agreements negotiated by Nicaragua. Participated in the creation of the database of the IP Registry. She has corporations, universities, and other entities in IP matters. Lecturer in Banking Law and Intellectual Property at the American University (UAM). Panelist and speaker at international conferences on Intellectual Property issues.
