Business Professor for the School of Business Studies in Madrid, Spain. Chartered Accountant.

- Experience:
Since 1992, he has acted as consultant for multilateral organizations: World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Inter-American Development Bank, European Union, International Finance Corporation, as well as other government entities with special attention to the financial sector. He has completed more than 30 projects in 15 countries of Latin America, Europe, Central Asia, in areas of privatizations, restructuring and banking regulations, concessions.
Since June 2009 he expanded his activities as consultant to the renewable energy sector, biotechnology and mining, advising PYMES and Spanish and foreign entrepreneurs, in evaluating their projects and its suitability to capture financing support in the international markets (investment banks, private equities, investment funds, hedge funds, family offices) and in identifying strategic partners.
